• First of all, I’m very direct & straightforward. Sometimes it catches people off guard, and they take my words personally which makes me feel bad and guilty. I’m actively working on improvements in this area. However, on the other sides, in many other cases, it helps my brain to sharply focus on the core problems and identify the respective solutions quickly.

• I’m a very techie person 🧑‍💻 I’ve been running a Homelab for years as my IT playground and an innovation lab with a 2U rackmount server, 3 MiniPC, and various Raspberry Pi. I’ve been spending most of my free time coding, improving the system, and experimenting with new things. If you’re curious what I’m running in my Homelab, these are some of them:

  • Vaultwarden (Bitwarden fork): to keep my password and private keys, I don’t have enough trust to store them in someone else’s servers
  • AdGuard Home: to block annoying ads in the whole WiFi network so my family can enjoy online content and browse the Internet safer
  • Immich (Google Photos alternative): I don’t need many fancy features, I just want to have full control of my personal & family data with only basic features that we really need.
  • The most recent one is the whole 🤖 Generative AI setup (UI, Agents, Workflow,…) for personalised chats and to automate many things for my family and me (things used to take me hours a day are now done in minutes)

• I’m also passionate about trading & investment. I was educated in Adam Khoo’s investment course in 2018, and Alson Chew’s price action trading in 2019. Since then, I’ve been training myself to be a better trader & investor and now, my investment is in the cryptocurrency market: BTC, ETH, BNB, DOT,… you name it 😉
